Monthly Meeting: Strengthening Project Communication Across Our Teams
February 12, 2026
This month, our Project Managers and Project Supervisors met to continue reinforcing the communication standards that support our projects.

The session, led by Paul Bombaci, Project Manager, and Dan Lamberton, Director of Operations, centered on best practices outlined in our internal communication framework. The team reviewed the importance of choosing the right communication method, confirming understanding, clearly assigning time-bound action items, documenting conversations appropriately, and prioritizing direct conversations when clarity matters most.
Effective communication in construction is about more than exchanging information. It requires clarity, ownership, and follow-through. Taking time to align around these principles ensures we remain disciplined and consistent in how we operate across every job site and project team.
For our clients and partners, that means a coordinated team focused on clarity, accountability, and execution from start to finish.
