Munger has just completed landmark auto dealership, Land Rover of North Haven, marking the third project completed for Executive Auto Group. The 38,000 SF pre-engineered steel structure will be the largest Land Rover dealership in Connecticut. The state-of-the-art facility will include a vehicle showroom, 14-bay service area, lounge room, offices and an on-site car wash.

The construction began in the Fall of 2017 and was headed up by Joe Pierandi, Project Manager, Joe Raccio, Project Supervisor, and Steven Mansfield, Head Estimator. In order to work through a particularly harsh winter, the entire exterior was tented and heated, allowing the crew to continue masonry work and avoid weather delays. Additionally, all outside framing and siding was performed over the winter, instead of waiting for warmer conditions.

This project acts as a testament to the vast capabilities of the Munger Construction team. As a luxury car dealership, the end product boasts high end, aesthetically matching building finishes, in order to maintain the presence of prestige that goes along with Land Rover vehicles.

The dealership, located at 525 Washington Avenue in North Haven, is anticipated to be open for early December, 2018.
