- Total roof-over systems offer unique advantages.
The total roof-over system is designed to cost effectively upgrade an old or outdated metal building roof. It allows for the existing roof to remain in place while the new roof is installed without a shutdown in business operations. The retrofit roofing system maintains the integrity of the original design loadings and also provides “thermal break” air space between old and new roof sheets allowing for optional insulation.
