January 8, 2015
Building #82, in Westbrook, CT is the sixth major construction project Munger has completed for The Lee Company.
[smartslider3 slider=25]This 88,450 SF facility houses the IMH Group, providing increased space for both the manufacturing of industrial microhydraulics components, and related office areas. The building integrates a structural steel / pre-engineered steel frame, showcasing open, webbed trusses. Clerestory windows that introduce natural light, along with controlled daylight sensitive LED lighting and high R-value, 4-inch foam panel insulation between roof and ceilings, make the building energy efficient. This new environment will enable The Lee Company to satisfy growing product demand along with meeting its high standards in quality, reliability, and customer service.
