Burt Process required a solution that could incorporate a decorative masonry and stucco facade while making extensive use of glass to create an inviting and modern look.

The interior needed to provide a productive workspace for manufacturing while also featuring a welcoming office environment with high-end finishes such as a custom staircase and maple millwork.
