What We Did
Project Overview
This project features the new construction of a 44,980 SF, Varco Pruden (VP), pre-engineered steel building, located in Northrop Industrial Park in Wallingford, CT. This warehouse facility includes a continuous beam VP framing system with spandrel channels to support masonry walls. It includes a galvalume, standing seam roof system with panel rib siding. The exterior has split-face masonry block to 10’ and 12’ high on all walls and a 4’ wide box canopy at both front sidewall corners with EIFS below the canopies.
