The University of New Haven acquired a vacant, one-story, 38,000-square-foot former nursing home facility located adjacent to campus at 1 Care Lane in West Haven. Originally constructed in 1968, the building no longer met the functional, structural, or code requirements needed to support modern research and academic programs within the School of Health Sciences.

Munger Construction upgraded ESCA’s HVAC system and added air conditioning throughout the school while keeping the building fully operational.

Munger Construction collaborated with Stew Leonard’s to create a 6,400-square-foot aquatics facility, Stewie the Duck Swim School, at 55 Westport Avenue. Munger Construction was entrusted with the task of outfitting the space to meet the rigorous safety standards required for swim lessons.

Goldfish Swim School, located at 112 Main Street in Norwalk, is dedicated to providing top-notch indoor swim classes for children.
