Following demolition of an existing wood framed building, Munger constructed a 5,500 SF Varco Pruden, pre-engineered steel building to house the day-to-day operations of Dougherty Oil Company’s fuel oil and heating/air conditioning business.

Since 1996, The Trailer Depot serves consumers, business, agricultural and government customers by providing trailers, hitches, accessories and services for auto, cargo, equipment, landscape, utility, ATV, vending, horse & livestock, motorcycle, snow mobile, plows, sanders and mobile applications.

Owner, David Barson, took a relatively plain, pre-engineered steel building footprint and painstakingly thought out details including roof pitch, storefront entries, EIFS, window locations and loading dock details. He paid special attention to incorporating metal building components from the exterior design into the interior of the building.
