Owner, David Barson, took a relatively plain, pre-engineered steel building footprint and painstakingly thought out details including roof pitch, storefront entries, EIFS, window locations and loading dock details. He paid special attention to incorporating metal building components from the exterior design into the interior of the building. The result was a functional yet aesthetically pleasing new business facility with office and business space as well as the warehousing and assembly areas.
