This retail hardware store consists of a 16,000 SF building with a 2,000 SF mezzanine. In keeping with the area, the main building was designed to look like an “Old Farm Barn” with wrap-around porch, SLR Roofing and Colonial Red siding with Regal White trims. The 5,000 SF storage building was also constructed to look like a barn complete with false barn doors.
