The Lee Company is a manufacturing company specializing in the production of miniature precision fluid control components for aerospace, down-hole oil tools, machine tools, medical/scientific instrumentation and ink-jet printing. This project includes the sixth and seventh buildings Munger Construction has completed for The Lee Company.  The project consists of  an 85,000 SF Varco-Pruden, pre-engineered building system and a 4,800 SF detached maintenance and storage building.  The 250’ x 340’ manufacturing and assembly facility also includes 9,300 SF of finished office space and a 20,000 SF mezzanine for equipment and storage.
