Shoreline Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, (SPAM). The 2002 project in Clinton, CT consisted of a conventional, wood framed new building construction with extensive interior finishes and millwork. The second medical office building project in 2008 included a 3,500 SF addition to their existing facility in Madison, CT. The addition included examination rooms, laboratory, business office, new entrance and waiting room area, staff lounge and new central core nurse’s station. While work was in progress, the doctor’s office continued to operate to full capacity, without interruption of office schedules or disruption to clients.
