Family-owned and operated, Dutch Oil Company contracted with Munger to complete the new construction of a 9,800 SF Varco Pruden pre-engineered steel building to accommodate its fuel oil and heating/air conditioning installation business. The building exterior includes entry canopies and unique architectural millwork. The interior offers business offices, a dispatch office, an employee lounge, and multiple service/storage bays with overhead door access along the exterior of the building.
