The Situation
The new facility, located at 535 Boston Post Road, required the transformation of a former restaurant into a 5,000 SF state-of-the-art referral and emergency veterinary hospital. Pat Munger Construction Company, Inc. was selected to lead this challenging conversion.

The existing floor plan presented challenges, but through strategic selective demolition and framing of new partitions, the team successfully reconfigured the space to accommodate key areas like the front lobby, reception, X-ray, O.R., exam rooms, and treatment areas.

The installation of new plumbing and medical gas connections ensured the facility was fully equipped to deliver advanced veterinary care.

The interior transformation was completed with new flooring, doors, and a fresh coat of paint throughout the facility.

The exterior also underwent a remarkable overhaul. Pat Munger Construction Company, Inc. expanded the parking lot, installed new exterior lighting, and revamped the landscaping, which included creating a fenced outdoor area for animals. The team gave the building a modern look with a complete exterior paint job, bringing the facility up to the highest standards of appearance and functionality.
