The Situation
Brewer Yacht Yards boast 22 premier boatyards from New York to Maine. Brewer Ferry Point Marina, is a full service boatyard located in Old Saybrook, CT where the Connecticut River meets Long Island Sound.
Outcome
the final product
This 7,000 SF boat storage facility includes a 28’ wide by 30’ high, one-piece, hydraulic door by Schweiss Bi-Fold Doors to accommodate yachts of all sizes. It includes a standing seam, galvalume roof, with two-color, Ash Gray and Cool Regal White wall panels. The building features custom trims, and residential style windows to satisfy the local Architectural Review Board standards.
