In 2013, Pat Munger Construction Company, Inc. successfully completed the construction of Building 82 for The Lee Company, located in Westbrook, CT. This 88,450 square foot facility, built for their IMH Group, provided expanded manufacturing space for microhydraulics components and additional office areas. The building design incorporated clerestories, which provided an ideal future site for a photovoltaic (PV) solar system, aligning with the company’s sustainable energy goals.
In 2015, Munger Construction embraced the opportunity to enhance The Lee Company’s sustainable initiatives by offering a sustainable building solution in the form of a roof-mounted PV solar system.
