Pine Orchard Yacht & Country Club- Renovation / Interior Fit-Up
January 5, 2015
Pine Orchard Yacht and Country Club (POYCC) selected Munger Construction to renovate and remodel their existing clubhouse to enhance its aesthetic appeal and bring it up to meet current building codes. POYCC is a private club founded in 1901. The clubhouse was moved to its current location in the early 1920’s.
This renovation project involved a considerable amount of structural work to completely remove and replace the front wall, lower windows, and porch. Energy saving spray-on foam ICYNENE insulation and new insulted windows and doors were installed. The porch roof was replaced, and architectural trim details were constructed from PVC plastics to provide lifetime, maintenance-free features.
