New Construction for Metro Pooch in Guilford, CT
October 28, 2019
Munger is well underway on a large New Construction project for Metro Pooch in Guilford, CT. The 9,600 SF building will be a dog daycare and pet boarding facility for the surrounding area.
Construction for this project is orchestrated by Michael Cormier Jr., Project Manager, and Michael Buydos, Project Supervisor. The foundation and slab pouring was recently completed, along with the exterior walls. Currently, the team is working on wood framing and general site work. The roof trusses are scheduled to be set this week, followed by roofing and siding shortly after.
As the weather gets colder, construction activity will shift to primarily interior tasks, including sheetrock work, HVAC, electrical and finishes. The project is estimated to be completed by Spring of 2020.
