This 44,000 SF warehouse addition is 40 ft. tall in order to accommodate high rack storage for their moving, rigging and storage company. One challenging aspect of the project was how to architecturally tie in the large, tall warehouse addition to the existing facility. Dividing the building with “Egyptian White” on the top portion and “Cool Sierra Tan” for the lower portion created a visual effect that is very pleasing to the eye. The building features full height metal liner panel on the inside of the warehouse walls. This panel is durable, adds light reflectivity, and presents a neat and clean appearance.
- Tall warehouse addition architecturally tied into existing facility.
- Complementing two-color scheme creates pleasing visual effect.
- 40 ft. tall building accomodates high rack storage needs.
