Cristina Collas joined Munger in February 2025, bringing a diverse background in architecture, design-build, and project management. A graduate of Amherst College and the Yale School of Architecture, she discovered her passion for construction while working on a Habitat for Humanity project in New Haven. Her experience includes commercial office build-outs in NYC for high-profile clients like American Express and Time Warner, as well as leading the design and construction of a 23-home subdivision in Glastonbury, CT, where she served as both designer and general contractor.
