This marks the third major construction project Pat Munger Construction Company, Inc. has partnered with owner, Bob Alvine and the Premier Auto Group. The 33,000 SF, state-of-the-art dealership, will provide customers with the ultimate car buying experience and cutting-edge technology for service and repairs. The facility will be close to identical to the Premier Subaru location in Branford, CT, which was completed less than one year ago.

Extensive sitework and drainage is currently underway, foundation work is set to begin by early November. The project is anticipated to be completed by late Summer of 2021. Stay tuned for more updates as this exciting project continues!
