Bio-Med Devices- Sustainable Commercial Building Options

During a winter snow storm, Munger inspected Bio-Med’s roof and determined it to be in disrepair. This created serendipity for installing a Varco-Pruden high performance, low profile standing seam roof system over Bio-Med’s existing metal roof, and for Bio-Med to benefit by investing in a PV Solar energy system.
Munger was responsible for project management, permitting, roof installation, and installation of the PV solar system on the reinforced roof. Munger’s partner, Independence Solar, was the project developer with responsibility for electrical system design, financing, material procurement, and will facilitate the relationship with the relevant electrical power company.
