Large Addition Project for The Lee Company
April 1, 2019
The aerial video above shows the work in progress of the Building 82 Expansion project for The Lee Company. Started in May of 2018, the 100,000 SF steel structure, with a 30,000 SF mezzanine, will act as an addition to the existing building on the site. This extensive project is anticipated to be completed by early Fall of 2019.
The Munger team is currently pouring the exterior concrete pads for HVAC equipment, painting interior steel bar joists/ sheet wall partitions, installing sprinkler systems and fabricating piping systems for HVAC water supply. Additionally, the team is continuing site excavation for sidewalks, site drainage and grading.
Over the next few weeks Munger will begin pouring concrete for exterior sidewalks, installing Uni-Strut grid systems (grid system for light fixtures, piping, etc.) and setting roof curbs for all rooftop equipment. Stayed tuned for more updates as this project continues to develop!
