Bill joined Munger Construction in December 2022, bringing experience from a diverse career in facilities management and construction. He graduated from Platt RVTS in 1985 with a degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology and began his career as a field service technician at Sears. Bill’s responsibilities expanded as he took on the role of Chief Maintenance/Facilities Engineer at Westfield Malls, where he oversaw maintenance operations and played a key role in the expansion and buildout of several mall locations in Connecticut. His career includes a notable stint with Starbucks, managing the buildout of 12 standalone stores, and a position at Hoffmann Auto, where he managed maintenance, facilities, and renovation projects for four showrooms.
