The Situation
Serve & Smash Padel & Pickleball Club sought to create a modern indoor/outdoor sports and social destination combining high-level pickleball and padel courts with advanced amenities and community gathering spaces.

The Resolutions

Pat Munger Construction Company, Inc. supplied and erected a precision-engineered Varco Pruden metal building (21,000 SF) that offers clear-span flexibility and robust support for specialized loads.

Working closely with Hinding Tennis, Munger’s steel erection team executed the structural installation to align with the technical, aesthetic, and programmatic goals of the project.

The finished facility includes:
10 courts — 8 indoor (6 pickleball, 2 padel) and 2 outdoor
Cutting-edge performance lab
Elevated terrace viewing areas (indoor + outdoor) with full-service bars and catered menus
12 TVs (6 per indoor pickleball court)
Cameras on each court for line-call correction and playback
Spacious seating, Joola ping-pong, cornhole, and a state-of-the-art sound system
