Examples of our new construction work include a 20,000-square-foot warehouse and freight-transfer facility for R&R Freight Services in North Branford. At New England Propeller in East Haddam, the project connected a new building to an existing facility through a fire-rated connector with a sloped floor for forklift access. These projects highlight why racking height, loading docks and movement between buildings belong in early facility planning.
