The Situation
At the time of construction, half of the building was tailored to the manufacturing needs of All Panel Systems, a division of Massey’s Plate Glass and Aluminum, with the remainder of the space available for lease.

This facility provided space for All Panel Systems to manufacture their building envelope closures utilizing high performance, metal panel systems.
