The Situation
This project includes the sixth and seventh buildings Munger Construction has completed for The Lee Company. The project consists of an 85,000 SF Varco-Pruden, pre-engineered building system and a 4,800 SF detached maintenance and storage building. The 250’ x 340’ manufacturing and assembly facility also includes 9,300 SF of finished office space and a 20,000 SF mezzanine for equipment and storage. There is a tank farm on site which houses nitrogen, helium, and hydrogen necessary to operate the highly specialized machinery and equipment inside the facility.
