Munger Construction renovated the University of New Haven’s former 38,000-square-foot nursing home at 1 Care Lane by preserving the existing structural shell and completing a full interior gut renovation, delivering a modern School of Health Sciences facility on an accelerated schedule while reducing cost, waste, and disruption compared to new construction.
