Town of North Branford – New Construction

Pat Munger Construction Company, Inc. recently completed a successful design-build construction project for the Town of North Branford CT. The 5,000-square-foot Department of Public Works building is a turn-key solution for the town and through Munger’s partnership with Sourcewell. SourceWell municipal members, like the Town of North Branford, can meet their needs for a new building for landscaping equipment storage. A roof canopy was added to the back of the building to ensure rainwater did not infiltrate trash receptacles, to meet DEEP regulations.
