Evergreen Woods

Pat Munger Construction Company, Inc. has maintained a long standing, positive business relationship with Evergreen Woods, A Life Care Retirement Community, located at 88 Notch Hill Road, North Branford, CT.  Since 1999 we have provided a wide variety of construction services ranging from small maintenance and service related projects, to large scale projects including common area upgrades, medical clinics, multiple resident apartment refresh / renovation projects, and the development of an Alzheimer’s wing including residential facilities.

Munger works closely with the maintenance and construction staff at Evergreen Woods to take on some of their in-house workload so their staff can better serve the day-to-day needs of the residents. Munger coordinates full apartment turns for multiple units, allowing Evergreen Woods to continually provide desirable, high end living space options for seniors.
