Pat Munger Construction Company, Inc. is pleased to announce the transition of Karen DelVecchio into the role of Relationship Manager, a position created to further strengthen client partnerships and long-term engagement.

Karen joined Munger Construction in 2018 and has played a key role in business development, building awareness of the company’s capabilities, and cultivating relationships across chambers, associations, and strategic partners. In her new role, she will focus on maintaining and growing relationships with current clients, past clients, and strategic partners while continuing to support new business opportunities.

The Relationship Manager position reflects Munger’s commitment to staying connected with clients beyond project completion and serving as an ongoing resource. Karen will engage regularly with clients, share industry insights, and leverage her extensive network to provide value and support.

Prior to joining Munger, Karen spent 13 years in the chamber of commerce industry, where she developed a strong foundation in networking, relationship-building, and community engagement.

Karen serves on the Board of Directors for several industry and business organizations, including the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce, the Connecticut Economic Development Association (CEDAS), and the Naval and Maritime Consortium. She also serves on Committees for the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce and ManufactureCT

A dedicated community leader, Karen has been a member of the Rotary Club of Trumbull for more than 20 years, where she is a past president, a Norm Parsells Award recipient, and a Paul Harris Sustaining Member. She also serves on the Planning and Zoning Commission and volunteers in her community.

“Karen has always excelled at building meaningful connections and representing our company in the community,” said James DeMaio, Vice President of Business Operations, Munger Construction. “This new role is a natural evolution of her strengths and an important part of how we continue to serve our clients.”

“I’m excited to continue building relationships and staying connected with our clients and partners in a more intentional way,” said DelVecchio. “Being a resource and maintaining those connections is a top priority.”
