Leadership Achievements at Pat Munger Construction Company, Inc.

In July 2025, Pat Munger Construction Company, Inc. Director of Operations Daniel Lamberton graduated from the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut’s two-year Leadership Eastern CT program. He is the fourth member of our team to earn this credential:

Building on that momentum, Director of Design and Project Manager Mikey Cormier Jr. has entered the Leadership ECT Class of 2026. He has already applied his skills by helping transform an outdoor area at United Cerebral Palsy of Eastern CT into a sensory-friendly patio and garden that fosters peace, connection, and inclusion for people of all abilities. From the initial build day to the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Mikey’s craftsmanship and compassion shaped every detail.
