Milford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram – Renovation / Interior Fit-Up
March 9, 2015
The challenge for this building renewal project was to update an older auto dealership, as mandated by the corporate standards, in an economical manner, while allowing the dealership to remain fully functional throughout the entire construction process.
[smartslider3 slider=37]Munger constructed a free-standing facade with a “millennium arch”, fully complying with national design guidelines. The new facade was set far enough away from the existing roof system to permit the roof and drain system to remain intact, while completely concealing the existing structure. During the entire construction process, Milford Jeep remained fully operational.
