Pat Munger Construction Company, Inc. was proud to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony for The Lee Company Innovation Center at the Westbrook manufacturing campus — a project we were honored to help bring to life.
The Lee Company recently celebrated this major milestone with the opening of its new Innovation Center. The state-of-the-art facility will support the company’s ongoing research and development efforts as it continues to expand its impact across industries.

President and CEO Marietta Lee shared that the building honors the legacy of company founder Leighton Lee, noting that he was “genuinely motivated by possibilities, always pushing the boundaries of what is possible.” The Innovation Center will house research and development activities that will help “create the products that will power our next 75 years of growth.”
We’re proud to have partnered with The Lee Company to build this important new facility and to support a company known for innovation and forward thinking.
Members of our team, James DeMaio, Dan Lamberton, and Mikey Cormier Jr., attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside company leaders and community partners.
Congratulations to Marietta Lee and the entire Lee Company team on this exciting milestone. We look forward to seeing the innovations that come out of this new center for many years to come.
A special thank you to CBIA for the photos. As proud CBIA members, we value the partnership and appreciate their continued support of Connecticut’s business community.
