Pat Munger Construction Company, Inc. Announces Appointment of Cal Connelly as Construction Solutions Advisor

Pat Munger Construction Company, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Cal Connelly as Construction Solutions Advisor, a newly established role focused on driving strategic growth and expanding client partnerships.

In this role, Cal works closely with owners, developers, and key decision-makers to guide projects from early planning through execution. He leads needs analysis, helps shape project scope and strategy, and delivers value-driven solutions that position projects for long-term success. Cal also plays a key role in securing large, design-build opportunities and building relationships across target accounts.

Cal brings a diverse background in business-to-business and direct sales across the construction, renewable energy, and IT sectors. He is known for his ability to build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and help clients navigate complex decisions with confidence.

Cal is a graduate of Assumption University in Worcester, MA, and Xavier High School in Middletown, CT.
